The Amerio Mario Cascina Serra cà Nova Wine Company is situated in Neive and occupies 9 hectares of land, 6 of which are specialised vineyards. The Vigna Costa Dolcetto, the Serracanova and Vigna della Rocca Barberas as well as the Surì Canova Barbaresco, are the pride of our company, each one comes from vineyards with the best south, south-westerly exposure.

The wine making process employs innovative techniques, without abandoning the old enological traditions. We take advantage of modern technology in our cellars; using temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and low-pressure presses. The Barbera is matured for at least 12 months in 220 litre French "Allier" barrels, the Barbaresco is matured for at least 18 months in 500 litre tanks.
